“Slight Edge Performance Program”: Personal Development Tip [Overcoming Challenges]

“Slight Edge Performance Program”: Personal Development Tip [Overcoming Challenges] “Adversity cause some men to break;others to break records.”- William A. Ward

Barriers were meant to be Broken and Challenges were meant to be Overcome!

When I was a Sophomore in college at Virginia State University I received an Academic Probation Warning Letter. I knew I was Not trying my best or living up to my fullest potential so I decided to Change my Mindset about Education.

I learned to Expand my Skill sets to Prosper in the changing Economy and How to Create Collaborative, Achievement Driven Relationships. I graduated on time with a B.A. In Mass Communication, M.S. in Sport Management and I was Selected In 2009 to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American Team for Academic and Athletic Excellence. As a Former NCAA Student-Athlete and now a Wellness/ Personal Development Consultant my passion is to Empower Athletes to Perform at their Highest Level and Achieve Their Full Potential.
